If an applicant fails the check, results are not disclosed to them but remain available to the organization; applicants can discuss the outcome only through the organization.
Finalised Homeppl Checks
Once an applicant has submitted their information and the details have been verified, the completed report is only available to the organisation that requested the check.
This information and the outcome of the check are not shared with the applicant.
Failed Checks
If your applicant fails a Homeppl verification check, we will not share or discuss the application with them. The results and reason for the failed check will only be available via the check itself, and your applicant will be directed to you to discuss this should they reach out.
This does not impact an applicant's right to request their data under GDPR.
