TLDR: Applicants are encouraged to upload their own documentation for visibility and completeness. If they struggle, authorized users can upload documents on their behalf after the applicant logs in and agrees to HomePPL's terms. Progress can be monitored via the 'Activity' tab.
Uploading Documentation
In the first instance, we recommend that all applicants upload documentation from their own online application. This gives them visibility of what has been uploaded and what is still required in order to complete their verification.
Uploading on an applicant's behalf
If your applicant is struggling to upload documentation, you can upload documentation on their behalf. This can be done by selecting the 3 horizontal dots from the view of your applicants' check.
This can only be done after your applicant has signed into their account and agreed to the terms and conditions of using HomePPL. You can view your applicant's progress from the 'Activity' tab of their check.
