TLDR: Organisations using Homeppl can enable Ongoing Monitoring either as a default for all checks or on a per-check basis. Users can choose between a one-time AML check or ongoing monitoring that updates over time, or both simultaneously. Active ongoing monitoring is indicated by a blue dot on the case. For setup questions, contact AM@homeppl.com.
How do I enable Ongoing Monitoring?
Each organisation using Homeppl can decide if they want this set as the default across all their checks or on a per-check basis. If you see the option when submitting a check, this is set as per check and will need to be selected each time.
You will have the option to choose between an AML check, which provides a snapshot of your applicant's current AML status, or ongoing monitoring, which updates over time with any changes. You can also choose to enable both at the same time.
If you have any questions about your organisation's AML set up, please contact AM@homeppl.com.
For checks with Ongoing Monitoring enabled, you will see a blue dot located on the case on your account to indicate it is active.
