TLDR: You can edit tenant details in Homeppl CRM after a check is initiated by selecting the check and choosing "Actions." Under "Edit Tenant," you can modify the tenant's name and email (if not self-provided), phone number, rent payment, move-in date, guarantor status, and rent terms. Updates automatically notify the assigned Case Manager.
Editing a Tenant's details
You can edit the details of your tenant after the check has been initiated from your Homeppl CRM.
To edit a check, please select it from your account. You will then be given the current details of the check. Please then select the option for 'Actions.'
Editing the Tenant
To edit the tenant's details, please select 'Edit Tenant.' From here you can then edit:
- The tenant's name (only if the applicant has not signed in and provided their own details.)
- The tenant's email address (only if the applicant has not signed in and provided their own details.)
- The tenant's phone number
- The tenants' rent payment
- The tenants' move-in date
- If the tenant has a guarantor
- The rent terms
- Monthly
- 3 Months
- 6 Months
- Full Rent
- Advance
Any updates you make will automatically update the assigned Case Manager.
