TLDR: You can edit property details after initiating a check in Homeppl CRM by selecting the check, choosing 'Actions,' then 'Edit Property.' Editing the Property details
You can edit the details of a property after the check has been initiated from your Homeppl CRM.
To edit a check, please select it from your account. You will then be given the current details of the check. Please then select the option for 'Actions.'
Editing the Property
To edit the property details, please select 'Edit Property.' From here you can then edit:
- The address of the property
- The rental details of the property:
- Tenancy term
- Rent amount
- Currency
- Payment Term
Any updates you make will automatically update the assigned Case Manager.
