Applicant access to Homeppl
After creating your applicant's check, they will receive an email link to access their application. They can use this link on any internet-connected device such as a laptop or smartphone.
When will my applicant receive the link?
Your applicant should receive the link to sign in as soon as the check is requested; however, this can sometimes take up to 1 hour after the check is requested.
Which email should I provide for my applicant?
When adding your applicant's email, please use their personal or work email address. Please do not enter your email address on their behalf. If you enter your email address associated with your Homeppl account, this will prevent you from signing in. In this instance, please email support@homeppl.com where our Support Team can assist in helping you sign back in.
My applicant has not received the link
If your applicant has advised they have not received the link to access their application, we recommend they double-check their spam email folder in case the invite has been wrongly flagged as spam.
If they still have not received the invite we recommend they email support@homeppl.com where our Support Team can assist them in signing in.
