TLDR: To find a check on Homeppl CRM, search using the applicant's email address. If the check is not found, contact Support with the email address ready. Checks not completed within one month or completed over one month ago are moved to the archived section of your Homeppl account.
Finding Checks
When searching for a check on the Homeppl CRM please use the email address of your applicant to search for their check.
If you are unable to locate a check please contact our Support Team who will be happy to help. Please ensure you have their email address to hand when contacting support.
Archived Checks
If a check is not completed within 1 month of being created, this will be moved to the archived section of your Homeppl account. Checks are also archived 1 month after they are fully completed.
