As part of the check, your applicant will be asked to provide the last 3 years of residential history. The most recent address will be used for a rental reference if they are in rented accommodation.
Rental Reference
As part of the rental reference, we can only request this if the landlord or lettings agency is named on the tenancy agreement. Without this, we will be unable to request a reference.
