TLDR: If an applicant's rent is paid by a third-party corporate entity, a direct letter from the payer confirming payment details suffices for the Homeppl income check. This differs from guarantor or formal company checks and may be subject to additional income verification based on specific criteria.
Rent Payments
If an applicant's rent is being paid by a third-party that is a corporate entity (such as an insurance provider, a council, or an employer), all we require to satisfy the financial of the check is a letter from the payer, sent directly to us by them, confirming that they will make the payments, the payment amount, and any other relevant details.
Once we have this confirmation, we can use it to complete the Homeppl check, unless your specific criteria requires that additional income checks are required.
Please note that this differs from having a guarantor or a formal Company check conducted by Homeppl on a corporate entity.
