TLDR: If an applicant fails to submit all requested documents within one month, the application expires but remains billable. To continue, a new application and document resubmission are required. Completed applications automatically archive after four weeks, or can be archived manually earlier.
Expiring Applications
If your applicant has not submitted all of their requested documents within 1 month of the application being created, the application will expire. If an application expires, this is still billable.
If you still wish to proceed with the applicant, a new application will need to be submitted, and the applicant will be asked to resubmit their documentation.
Archived Applications
After 4 weeks of an application being completed, this will automatically move to the archive section of your account. Should you wish to archive a check early, you can do this by selecting the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the case.
