During the invited stage, tenants will receive one invitation per day. Similarly, while they are completing their application, we follow up once daily. When an application is awaiting information, we continue to follow up once a day, and we contact employers and third-party references twice daily to obtain the necessary details for references.
If we need to urgently collect information as the move-in date gets closer, we may send additional follow-ups, but the above outlines our usual minimum approach. These follow-ups are automated by our systems.
