How long does it take to complete a check?
In order to receive your results, we must first receive all of the required information from your applicant, any guarantors or referees as part of their application.
Once this information has been received, we aim to have all checks completed within 48 hours.
How are checks worked?
All checks are worked in the order they are received to provide a fair and consistent approach for all Homeppl users.
Our Support Team cannot expedite a check that is currently in progress.
If you have not received a check after 48 hours, our Support Team can confirm the status of this check and why you may not have received a result.
