TLDR: Completed checks appear in the 'Approved' column on your account, allowing you to download the final Homeppl report and receive it via email.
Viewing Completed Checks
Once a check has been fully submitted by your applicant and reviewed by the case manager, this will update on your online account to be visible in the 'Approved' column.
At this point, it is possible to download and view the finalised Homeppl report on your applicant. You will also receive an email containing the final report once the check is complete.
