Check Symbols
When a check is in progress and not yet complete, you may see two icons highlighted on a case.
- An orange warning symbol - further documentation has been requested by the Case Manager.
- A blue person icon - the number of outstanding references in relation to this check.
When viewing a check, you can see in more detail the reason a document has not been accepted and which references we are still waiting on.
Both notifications will update automatically as the case is updated by the Case Manager and referees.
